I don't know if this belongs in The Café or not so much - tho, personally, I think it's a great thing to read and affirm over a cup of coffee.  Many of you may  be familiar with this Declaration of Self-Esteem by family therapist Virginia Satir. If not - well, it has sustained me on many confusing occasions....
