I'm so sorry you're going through this right now   
This is not your fault. What happened to you is really not your fault, you did not deserve the abuse and sexual assault that other people have done to you.
I hope you continue taking care of yourself through all of this. Writing this takes a lot of courage, and trying to recover from all of your traumas is incredibly strong.
