Feeling better with the help of Clonidine.  I am getting some sleep and once that happens then everything gets a little better.  Once I started to feel less foggy I could get back to work.  I am super glad I took the break, I very obviously needed it.  I crashed, but it's all about what I did about it.  I kept going back in for help until we got it right.
