lonely/distant feeling about childhood

Fightsong, I feel you're right. And after writing I felt a little dramatic. In the last couple days I felt like I may have imagined her, but maybe it was just an imagining and not so much actually Little Tea.

sanmagic7, I feel that way too. A lot of my childhood had to do with feeling like I was just behind. There were things I was praised for (and of course the little fawn was happy about that), but for everything else it was ignored. Unimportant. I never thought about her in this way before. Like... she was the kid who, when she and her friends walked together, would have to move out of the way to let something pass. Always trailing behind, trying to catch up. Even as an adult I have "catching up" issues. I want to think more about that. Thanks for bringing that to light :)
