Thank you, BeHea1thy, for sharing this ...and 21 years old?!??
In a podcast yesterday, I listened to Elisha Goldstein on the "Now Effect." He is a mindfulness advocate, psychotherapist, and the podcast link is in the Video section here at OOTS. (Psychological Webinar Group)
He made a wonderful point of sitting with his grief, his sadness, the negative ...sit with it, and on it's own, he noticed that it resolved, and positive thoughts came in afterwards.
This is very helpful to me in my grief work. Acceptance of what feelings are there, patience to feel them, non-attachment to let them flow in and then out. Not to identify with the negative. Accept the positive.
It is a lovely list by such a young woman. Perhaps I will also check in with Jenny Nichols in 21 years to see how life has bounced her through the trenches.

Love. The riches to truly be gathered.
