I think Watts is an overlooked gem in his observations of the human condition/predicament. He had an uncanny ability to delve into things and dissect them to find the oft-hidden core of life behind life, as it were.

Nowadays there's a plethora of people trying to emulate him, but he's still the master of cutting through the fog of human existence. While his material doesn't directly relate to cptsd issues, the overview of life he presents goes far (at least it did for me) to get a better grip on what this human trip involves; beyond the obvious struggle.

Thanks for the reminder of his work.
