I have decided to start a series of videos on youtube documenting my struggle with Cptsd and Talking about what it is to me and how it affects me. I began with my simple hello.

This is my first attempt doing something like this so be gentle please .

Thank you for sharing your video. Your truth.  It most definitely helped me feel less alone. I'm so sorry for what you have gone through.  You are a tough cookie indeed.  I mean that in a sincere, good way.  Listening stirred so much in me.
