I found this website that is very interesting.

https://ecouch.anu.edu.au/welcome

It is sponsored by Australian government. It is like having a counselor at home to help you. It covers Anxiety and worry, Social anxiety, depression, Divorce and separation, and bereavement and lose. IT IS FREE!  :)

It starts out with questions to help you. In the tests I came out 8 on both depression and anxiety. I like the way it is designed. It is easy to read and work through.

I live in a rural area. to get to a therapist here I have to drive 50 miles. So, I think it will be beneficial for me to work on it. It has workbooks, and education components.

check it out and see what you think!  :) :)

I have started on this program and I am not sure it is helping me  :(. They keep asking the same questions (teaching You on getting well and what kind of therapies help) and then over and over ask the same questions over and over and NOT really getting to the meat...
still working on it a little bit...I will give a better response when I do more of it!
