If anyone is a member there as well, I could use a hand getting in touch with a member of their admin team, Spring Butterfly. I can't remember my password there and their password reset email isn't functioning so I need a manual reset. 

Anyway, could you login over there, PM her and ask that she PM me here at OOTS please?
