Lonely today

My tears are there gently unfolding
My heart is pulsating and Sadly remoulding
I'm alone but it's ok
I'm thinking deeply how I do get on in my way

The tears are flowing and I'm really sad
I'm looking for someone who knows what I've had
I'm moving slowly through this storm
Gathering momentum to what seems the norm
Confused and angry
I can barely breathe but I  have so much that I need to grieve
I'm being patient going slow but I just don't know where to go'
Left in termoil struggling through
Just me on my journey if only you knew
