I feel a little bit like I'm hanging on waiting for the festive season to pass. But yes, another year of triumphing over anxiety awaits

If we win the high ground using fact and logic then we win the battle and the battle wins the war. I refuse to let the people that injury me go on making me stagger like this. Defiance.... they can stuff their madness  where the sun don't shine, I'm gonna thrive.

I have the defiance sorted, I do wonder if I need to dismantle my life and rebuild it just using the bits I want to keep, bit of a challenge but might be the only way to get my life working for me.
