Why is it so hard to make friends

So glad you are here .. it's such a relief to start letting go of some of that 'I'm defective to my core ' stuff isn't it. To start getting knowledge/ identification and raising up to see it is an injury and how it has affected us. This forum has/ is such a support for me and others, we learn we are not alone in any of our struggle.
Yes trusting is a big one isn't it and makes sense in light of where we come from. Takes time and as the healing comes the outside circumstances have a real chance to change.
