New here, recently diagnosed with Child C-PTSD

Hi,
My name is Kathy and I was diagnosed is Childhood C-PTSD earlier this year.
Not like I haven't had it all my life, just that circumstances brought it to the forefront - way too much stress.
I'm hoping to share with others and to learn more coping skills (how not to get triggered so often).  At which point, I hope not to go to the dark scary place in my mind as I so frequently do currently.
